Buyer of modular office will be given full access at 5PM Sunday May 31^st and will have 15 days thereafter to remove the structure at his/her own expenses. Transfer of title to modular home and furnishings IS EXPRESSLY CONTINGENT UPON AND NOT EFFECTIVE UNTIL SUCH TIME AS SELLER HAS RECEIVED ALL AMOUNTS OWED TO SELLER HEREUNDER.
