Payment Deadline:
Payments must be completed DAY of AUCTION, without exception. See Terms & Conditions for details.
Buyer must have a printed PAID-IN-FULL receipt for pick-up.
All Purchases must be paid in-full prior to any load-out/pick-up.

LOAD-OUT / REMOVAL of Purchases:

Day of Auction until 7pm ET
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, December 13, 14, 15, 2021, 10am - 5pm ET

DEADLINE - ALL PURCHASES MUST BE REMOVED NO LATER THAN 5pm ET, Wednesday, December 15, 2021! NOTE: Additional time allowed for removal of Lifts.

Pick Up/Removal: BUYER is fully & totally responsible for arranging shipping, pick up, delivery. Buyer must provide their own help & equipment, tools, materials/supplies, & whatever else needed to load.
Auction Company will NOT pack or load & will NOT ship, nor arrange for shipping!

SALES TAX - Sales Tax will be charged & collected unless Bidder provides a verifiable current & active COPY of Sales Tax Exemption Document. Copies can be emailed to Sam@samwillauction.com.
