Cash, personal or company check (no out of state checks) with Auctioneer approved photo ID and Bank Letter of Guarantee addressed to Williamson Bros Realty & Auction Co., Inc. designated for this particular auction and all Major Credit Cards. A buyer's premium of 13% will be added to all purchases with a 3% discount for cash. All purchases must be paid for within 30 minutes of conclusion of auction.
