Pursuant to the Judgement issued by the Superior Court of Oglethorpe County, Georgia in Civil Action No. 08-0V-398-H, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash on the first Tuesday in June 2011, between the legal hours of sale, beginning at 10am at the Oglethorpe County High School football field parking area. Gates will open at 8am day of auction. All sales will be "as is", where is with no warranties expressed and/or implied. All purchases must be paid in full within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the auction. You must have a valid photo ID to registered. Cash, checks w/valid ID(no out of state checks) and all major credit cards( subject to a 3% convenience fee) will be accepted.  All items must be removed by the end of the day, so come prepared to haul.
